We are seeking an entry level Account Associate to join our New York office.
This is a fast-paced role in an equally fast-paced industry. Our clients range from agencies, brands and publishers who are mostly mid to Enterprise sized corporations. You will likely have experience in the ad-tech or digital agency world.
Day to day includes:
- Management of Nudge client accounts
- Produce client reports
- Growing our clients relationships
- Engaging in project management duties
- Maintaining good working relationships with clients
- Learning
- Lots of coffee (optional)
- Educating our clients on the platform
- Banter

- Strong presentation and negotiation skills

Our product is a platform built for buyers and sellers of native advertising, that might sound like a mouthful but what we do is measure content, tell them if it was good or not and where to improve. Whilst simple in execution Nudge is quite powerful, helping solve the problem of benchmarking creative across multiple channels online.

The ideal candidate had dipped their toes in the water but is ready to be challenged, ambitious and curious. We’re looking for someone how has a way with people and can balance the demands of clients, in this industry it’s about having the people you know who can take the challenges tomorrow which are yet to be defined, not those that are obvious today.
Work culture is tight, we have a team lunch every Friday (shake shack, pizza & the occasional healthy option), ongoing training and/or attending of events (we do a lot). Networking is great. You will get lots of attention and feedback, our work style is very collaborative and we all push one another to do the best work. And you get to be at the early stages of a massive industry – native ads.
