You should consider the frequency that senior leaders need to get reports. Weekly might be too frequency and/or not be insightful enough for C Suite. However it can help act as a quick dip stick of growth and progress. But do keep that in mind.

You want to keep it short, one page if possible. Start with the objective, what are you trying to achieve. Then include 2-3 bullet points at the top, summarizing key findings or takeaways. A summary of performance for the duration. Articulate the ROI if you are able to. And maybe a prediction on what the next week will bring.

Try highlight 1-2 pieces of work that are of note. Or that they should see.

You should be in good stead for an effective weekly report for your senior decision makers.
