If you had 10 minutes to find a way to improve performance of your content marketing, a great place to start is your analytics. Log in, and take a look at a few different things, what are my top performing pieces of content? And why? And then do the same with your lowest performing pieces of content. Seeking to answer the question, what does an ideal piece of content look like for me? And then you have made yourself smarter, and can lift the standard for all content going forward.
In fact, anytime you have a gap, spend some time in your analytics, as this is a feedback loop from customers, as to what they are engaging with.
The other side of the coin, is spending those 10 minutes, speaking with customers, who have read your content. Interviewing them. Getting their direct feedback. These little anecdotes are super helpful and can validate what the data is telling you.
