We are seeking an additional engineer to join our team to head up some of our scalability efforts.
Our technology stack consists of:
– LEMP (what’s the E?)
– Python / Django
– Utilizing AWS infrastructure
Our development process is very agile, with discrete components built rapidly. Our current focus is on scalability to fulfill demand.
Developers like working with us as we move fast but meaningfully, we experiment a lot and embrace creative solutions.
Nudge
Our product is a content analytics platform built for native ads, that might sound like a mouthful but what we do is measure brands work, tell them if it was good or not and where to improve. Whilst simple in execution Nudge is quite powerful, helping solve the problem of benchmarking creative across multiple channels online.
We are a NY based startup, founded out of New Zealand, a small agile team in a global operation. We pride ourselves on the ability to pivot and adjust, it’s not big eat the small it’s the the fast eat the slow.
The ideal candidate has a few years experience under their belt, familiar with ad tech (and its demands). Please demonstrate experience with our technology and also what you’d like to work on / improve.
With our engineers we have a big focus on continual improvement, so if you’d like to complete additional training and/or conferences let us know.
Work culture is tight, we pay for lunch every Friday, ongoing training and/or attending of events (we do a lot). Networking is great. You will get lots of attention and feedback, our work style is very collaborative and we all push one another to do the best work.
